We can refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including if something’s out of stock, if there’s a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we’ll refund you.

All prices are in USD. We try to keep prices accurate, but mistakes happen. If we catch a pricing error, we’ll contact you before shipping or cancel the order. We accept the payment methods listed on our Payment Methods page, including major credit and debit cards, digital wallets, and buy now pay later options. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. Sales tax, duties, and other fees may apply depending on where you live. You’re responsible for those. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee if you’re paying in a different currency.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to many locations worldwide. Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Once we hand your package to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. We’ll give you a tracking number so you can follow it. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, contact us and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love what you get. If you don’t, you can return items within the timeframe stated in our Refund & Return Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. We’ll refund the purchase price to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made a mistake.

7. Intellectual Property

Everything on our site—text, images, logos, designs, graphics, and code—belongs to Elsaleonie or our partners. You can’t copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of it without our written permission. You can share our stuff on social media, but don’t claim it as your own or use it for commercial purposes.
