We know waiting for a package isn’t the fun part. So here’s how to check where your Elsaleonie order is.

1. Check your email
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email. It includes your tracking number and a link to follow your package. That link takes you straight to the carrier’s tracking page.

2. Log in to your account
If you have an Elsaleonie account, log in and go to your Order History. You’ll see your order status and tracking info right there. If you checked out as a guest, just use the link in your shipping confirmation email.

3. Use your tracking number
If the link doesn’t work, copy your tracking number and paste it into the tracking tool on the carrier’s website. That’s usually the quickest way to get the latest update.

4. Give it a little time
Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to update after you get your shipping email. Sometimes the first scan shows up a bit later. If it says “label created” for a day or two, don’t panic. It just means your package is on its way to the carrier.

What your tracking status means
Order confirmed: We got your order.
Processing: We’re packing it up.
Shipped: It’s on the way.
In transit: It’s moving through the carrier’s network.
Out for delivery: It should arrive today.
Delivered: It’s been dropped off.

A few things to keep in mind
If your order has multiple items, it may ship in more than one package. That means you could get more than one tracking number, and they might arrive on different days.

If tracking hasn’t updated in 5 business days, or it says delivered but you don’t have it, reach out to us. We’ll help you figure out what’s going on.

If you notice a wrong address after ordering, email us as soon as possible. Once an order ships, we may not be able to change the address.
